this week's been crazy, but when has it ever not been? staying in school till ten-thirty at night = NOT FUN. i will never be good at presentations, and i'm going to be back in school tomorrow (on a saturday) for two separate project meetings. someone please shoot me.

on a happier note, i had sushi for dinner, and spent a good five hours just lying around watching videos. it was glorious. EVERY SINGLE DAY SHOULD BE LIKE THIS. it might very well be, in december, when the semester ends. we have made plans =DDDDD

i'm bored, and restless. it's a saturday evening and i've done nothing all day, despite the fact that i have midterms next week, and a million other different things to do. procrastination will be the death of me yet D=

i...am so unused to having people be this nice to me. i do not deserve to have people be nice to me. true fact.

it is so strange. i feel like i should be more worried about not getting work done, but i'm...not, and clearly my apathy towards math tests remains, because i'm pretty much ignoring the fact that i have one in two days XD oh well. school needs to, idk, be less annoying. it feels like i'm never going to stop whining about school, rly. why don't i ever meet the people who're weird in a good way (as opposed to just being weird)? ugh, my life.

still, i've gotten a couple of people to sit through arashi videos, so POSSIBLE WIN! tragically enough just about everyone i've met in the past month already knows about the boybands. clearly i am not the best conversationalist around XD

well. school officially starts for me tomorrow, and this really, really bums me out, but oh well, at least i'm seeing mavis on wednesday! i know absolutely nobody so i suppose i'll just have to figure it all out somehow, but that's okay. thank goodness school isn't all that far away.

no idea how i managed to put off listening to ガラガラ Go!! when it first came out, but it is so catchy, my god. clearly big bang is doing something right.

i had korean food for dinner today, and it was very, very good, but also ridiculously expensive. i miss the family restaurants in korea like whoa =(

nothing much to say, except, RYUSEI NO KIZUNA. I KNOW, I CAVED, OKAY? and apparently later on in the series it is going to get all intense and srsbiz but right now there is an amazing amount of the lulz and i can live with that. i...might be giving up on maou after all. ilu, ohno, and naruse is hot but, but, the angst. plus i've already been spoiled for the ending, though, really, HOW IS IT SURPRISING IN THE LEAST. it is adapted from a korean drama, after all, and clearly everyone dying is, like, idk, an indispensable plot device or something. RnK, though, is adorable. toda erika is adorable, and so is ryo, and nino alternates between being scheming and looking like a kicked puppy. clearly this role was made for him.

i have another two weeks before school starts~ =DDDDDDDD and i'm going out with my sister for japanese curry later. why are all the best curry places so far away? also, i must have at least fifty pictures worth of food i've eaten. i swear it's the only thing i bother taking pictures of. maybe i'll post them up someday.

not going to lie; this is the only reason why i even started watching yukan club:



askdhkasd DYING. yokoyama makes a surprisingly good girl. THIS IS DISTURBING. AND SLIGHTLY CREEPY. i will always find him slightly creepy. it's probably because of the quiz show, and maybe because he does it so well? idek. taguchi is...taguchi, and HAHA AKANISHI. yukan club is wonderfully cracky, because what other drama has their characters going up against the spirit of a vengeful obaachan (among other things)? clearly i only like things that make no sense.

HI RYO PLEASE STOP BEING THIS PRETTY. as for ryo/shige, I SHIP IT. this is clearly because i find shige!abuse very amusing, and see it as ryo's way of showing affection. DON'T JUDGE ME.

i...should stop moving on to other JE bands every time i run of arashi to watch. clearly old johnny is raking in the dough, if the top 50 singles' ranking for 2008 was anything to go by. BOYBANDS ARE WHERE THE MONEY IS AT, OBV.

i am slightly ashamed, because two years in kpop and i never once discovered that ft island is this good?

well. HBP was an epic letdown. too many things happened in the book, i suppose, that they couldn't really fit into the movie, but crucial bits should never be left out. there is also no excuse for daniel radcliffe's terrible acting, okay? none. ohno could pwn that boy anyday with his creepy maou stare. srsly, guys.

my shige bias has just about reached epic proportions, thanks to the SCP episode he was on. SHIGE CALLING HIMSELF AN "ELITE" IN HIS JUNIOR DAYS. The Quiz Show is strangely compelling. it's fun watching kamiyama being all weird and deranged, though the real creeper in that show has to be honma. still, no kamiyama/honma fic???? this bums me out. while yokoyama looks a lot better without that awful blonde buzzcut i saw him with on some old Heyx3 clip he still kind of reminds me of a thug XD sheryl, who is an arashi fangirl, was spamming me with links yesterday and i am so fond of Yamada Taro Monogatari because it has nino acting all sweet and earnest, and, just, ADORABLE!NINO??? idek anymore. while the girl annoys me immensely, i skip over those bits, so it's okay. it's just, i mean, ARASHI WITH LITTLE KIDS. how is that so cute? i adore the childminder bits from himitsu, even if they do fail at it quite a bit.
